You will be primarily responsible for interacting with customers who use the site. Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to take on challenges are required to carry out the mission. Responsibilities
・Support for new and existing customers
・Actions to improve customer satisfaction

・Training of subordinates in the future

Required profile
・28 years old or younger
・Familiarity with the internet and digital communication
・High oral and written communication skills
・Ability to communicate in English
・Familiar with time management
・Home is within 15 minutes by bike from Togoudo area

Working conditions
・50000CFA per month
・The first month will be the trial and trainning month so the salary will be 40000CFA per month
・The position is full-time
・The working hours are from 9am to 6pm with a break of 3 hours to 3pm
